Requirements?
- Application for registration (Form IV) [Statement of Particulars and Statement of Further Particulars as prescribed in the first schedule to the Rules] [Separate applications should be made for registration of each work]
- Vakalatnama or Power of Attorney [Advocate] (If Applicant itself is not filing)
- Fees (Details here)
The fee is not reimbursed in case of rejection of the application.
